Refund Policy

1. General Position

Because ZunixAI is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we apply common sense and fairness to every request.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Technical Failures: Server outages or critical bugs that prevented paid feature usage.
  • Duplicate Charges: Double billing due to processing errors.
  • Grace Period: First-time subscribers can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if they have scanned 3 or fewer meals.
