These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and ZunixAI, governing your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ZunixAI is NOT a medical application. It is NOT a clinical tool. It provides NO medical advice.
ZunixAI provides exactly one function: an estimate of the calories and macronutrients — carbohydrates, protein, and fat — in a photographed meal.
ZunixAI does NOT provide medical advice or diagnosis, manage insulin dosages or timing, manage medication, treat or manage diabetes/prediabetes, or serve as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Do NOT use ZunixAI's output to make any decisions about insulin, medication, or any prescribed treatment. ZunixAI counts macros; it does not manage health.
1. AI Accuracy and Disclaimer
ZunixAI's nutritional estimates are approximations generated by AI vision models and are not laboratory-measured values. They are designed for general everyday fitness tracking purposes and should not be used as clinical measurements.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
ZunixAI offers free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Billing is recurring, and pricing adjustments will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZunixAI and its operators shall not be liable for any health outcomes, physical harm, loss of health, hypoglycaemia, hyperglycaemia, medication errors, or any damages arising from reliance on the Service.
