Founding Member Purchases
Zunix AI offers a full refund on Founding Member access fees under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested before the platform is delivered or access is granted to the customer's account
- The request is submitted to helpzunixai@gmail.com within the applicable refund window
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Post-Delivery Refunds
Once platform access has been granted and onboarding initiated, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Zunix AI is committed to fair resolution of genuine concerns.
How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to helpzunixai@gmail.com with:
- Full name used at time of purchase
- Email address associated with the account
- Order confirmation or payment reference number
- Reason for the request
