At Zunix AI, we want every athlete who joins us to feel confident in their purchase. We offer a transparent and fair refund policy.
Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
Refund Eligibility
If you are charged after your free trial and are not satisfied with Zunix AI, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. To be eligible for a refund your account must not have had more than 20 meal scans after the trial period ended and you must not have previously received a refund for a Zunix AI subscription.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Contact page on the Zunix AI website or app. Include your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process all eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for subscription periods beyond the first 7 days after charging, accounts that have made extensive use of the premium features, annual plans after 30 days from the charge date, and accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions.
Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the annual charge if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, we offer a prorated refund for the unused months remaining in your annual subscription.
