1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zunix AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Zunix AI is an AI-powered nutrition coaching web application that allows users to scan food photographs for nutritional analysis, track daily calorie and macro intake, receive personalised AI-generated nutrition guidance, and access weekly coaching reports. The service is provided as a subscription-based software product.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Zunix AI is not a medical product, medical device, or clinical nutrition service. All nutritional information, macro calculations, and coaching messages generated by Zunix AI are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical or dietetic consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under the age of 18, or are recovering from an injury or illness.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zunix AI. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during onboarding.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zunix AI for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI systems or prompts, scrape or harvest data from the platform, use the service to harm or harass others, attempt to circumvent our subscription paywall through technical means, or upload photographs that are not food-related in an attempt to manipulate the AI system.

7. AI-Generated Content

Zunix AI uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional analysis and coaching guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Nutritional values for Indian home-cooked foods are estimated based on standard portion sizes and may vary from actual values based on specific recipes, cooking methods, and ingredient brands. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated nutritional information.

8. Subscription and Billing

Zunix AI is offered on a subscription basis with plans as displayed on our pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, AI systems, prompts, code, and branding of Zunix AI are the intellectual property of Zunix AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Zunix AI without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zunix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zunix AI, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated nutrition advice, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
