Overview
Zunix AI is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of customer data. This document outlines the security practices currently in place.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers that maintain their own security compliance standards. Zunix AI does not store payment card details on its own infrastructure.
Data Handling
Customer data is handled with the following controls in place:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS) for information in transit
- Restricted internal access controls, limited to authorized personnel
- No use of customer data for external AI model training
Infrastructure
Platform infrastructure is maintained with ongoing security reviews. Zunix AI works to identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities as the platform scales.
Incident Response
In the event of a confirmed security incident that affects customer data, affected users will be notified in a timely manner consistent with applicable legal requirements.
