1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zunix AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Zunix AI provides an AI output quality control platform that enables organizations to configure, standardize, and manage AI-generated content. The platform is currently in a pre-launch validation phase and is subject to continued development.

3. Founding Member Program

During the pre-launch phase, Zunix AI offers a Founding Member access program. Participation in this program grants early access to the platform and associated benefits as described at time of purchase. Benefits, timelines, and feature availability are subject to development progress and may be updated with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell platform features without authorization
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation when using the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and underlying technology are the property of Zunix AI. Customer-uploaded brand configurations and workspace data remain the property of the respective customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zunix AI is provided on an "as is" basis during the validation phase. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Zunix AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts, as applicable.
